Ali completed her undergraduate chiropractic studies in her hometown of Sydney before relocating to New Zealand and graduating from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2016. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Ali was a professional ballerina in Germany and enjoyed an exciting life of travel to various countries around the world. It was during this time that she became aware of the connection between mind and body and began seeking out ways to improve physical performance. This included studies in psychology and a deep enquiry into meditation and yoga with an eventual uncovering of the world of chiropractic. With gentle chiropractic adjustments utilising Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Ali sees how a balanced structure, improved movement and nerve-system ease facilitates greater body awareness and healthier lifestyle choices. She enjoys working with people of all ages, with a keen interest in helping families take a proactive approach to their health, having done numerous post graduate pregnancy and paediatric courses. Ali considers New Zealand home these days and outside of practice you’ll find her walking amongst the North Shore beaches or bush, taking part in a yoga class or tennis game, having fun dancing, or off on a silent meditation retreat.
